Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
Damages
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Your order is always packaged with handling & transit in mind. Packaging is very important to us and even when we do our best, damages could happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me at Leahamorestore@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged product and shipping box within 48 hours. Documentation is very important for the resolution. We will work together to find a solution.
